How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our Auckland office you can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you. Prior to receiving this email, you can track your lamp by emailing us at info@projectorbulbs.co.nz.

Should I open an account with Projector Bulbs?
If you are a regular buyer of projector lamps then opening and account with us will save your time and money. An account with us offers discounted prices to Audio Visual resellers, schools and tertiary institutions, government, health care providers and religious and other charitable groups.

What is the return policy?
Please see our Terms & Conditions (bottom of your screen) for complete details regarding our returns policy. Email us at info@projectorbulbs.co.nz with the subject line "RMA" if you require an RMA form.
Shipping
How much is my shipping?
We offer standard shipping of lamps to all main centres in NZ FREE!!!
If you live in a rural delivery area or need your lamp super fast then call or email us and we'll sort out an alternative. Charges for this service are POA.
For mounts and other non-lamp items, shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the item and the delivery address. When you go to checkout your shipping costs will be calculated prior to you confirming the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As soon as your payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. We do not hold in stock every one of the 5000 + lamps we supply therefore delivery times can vary. In stock items usually take between 1-2 days whereas out of stock items take on average between 2 -5 working days. Deliveries to rural addresses may take an extra day or two. Almost all orders will be supplied in a maximum of 10 working days. If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will advise what your delivery time will be.
Security
How secure is my credit card information?
We outsource our payment gateway to the trusted New Zealand payment service provider - Flo2Cash. Thanks to Flo2Cash, Projector Bulbs never receives or stores your credit card details.
Buying
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Credit via internet banking. These options will be presented to you at the final confirmation stage.
I can't find the lamp I need!
If for any reason you are can't find the lamp you need or you're not 100% sure you've selected the right lamp, please give us a call or use the contact us section of the site and we'll help you out.
