How much is my Shipping?

We offer lamp shipping FREE!
If you need your lamp super fast then call or email us and we'll sort out an alternative. Charges for this service are POA.

If you are ordering a mount or other non-lamp item there may be a small shipping charge, depending on where it is being shipped to. When you go to the checkout your shipping costs will be calculated for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As soon as your payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. We do not hold in stock every one of the 5000+ lamps we supply so delivery times can vary. In stock items usually take between 1-2 days whereas out of stock items take on average between 3 -10 working days. Deliveries to rural addresses may take an extra day or two. Almost all orders are supplied in a maximum of 10 working days. If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will advise what your delivery time will be.

How Secure is my Credit Card Information?

We outsource our payment gateway to a trusted New Zealand payment service provider - DPS Payment Express.
Thanks to DPS, Projector Bulbs never receives or stores your credit card details.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our Auckland warehouse a tracking number will be available. If you require your tracking number, simply email us at info@projectorbulbs.co.nz and we will advise the tracking details.

What is the Return Policy?
